I've spent the past eight years trying to answer a question - how can we protect the ocean from ourselves?

I've witnessed the waste and death associated with commercial fishing, and plastic's ubiquity in the natural world. And I've seen the data on climate change - the world will undoubtedly be a different place by 2050.

So what can any single person do to save our planet (and ourselves) from certain destruction?

Today we live in a more connected world than ever before, and each and every one of us can set a positive example for others to follow. Through simple actions in your everyday life, you can help put an end to overfishing, pollution, and climate change.
